Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our crew, who commit their time and resources to every charter. Please review the details below before booking.

1. Payment Terms

The full charter fee must be paid in advance prior to the start of your trip. Payment is processed securely through our booking system at the time of reservation.

The Captain's fee is collected separately and paid directly at the dock on the day of your charter.

2. Cancellation & Refund Schedule

3. Weather Policy

Your safety is our priority. If conditions are determined to be unsafe for departure, a full refund will be issued at the sole discretion of the Captain and Owner. We monitor conditions closely and will notify you as early as possible. Please note that rain alone, without unsafe sea or wind conditions, does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Rescheduling

We are happy to work with you to reschedule your charter, subject to availability. If you would prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can do our best to find a date that works for your group.

Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of the vessel and Captain at the time of the request.

5. No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive at the designated dock location at the scheduled departure time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and are not eligible for a refund.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Cancellation windows are calculated from the date and time we receive your written request, not the date it is processed.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

This policy is effective as of the date of booking and is subject to change. The version in effect at the time of your reservation applies.
